Loading ...Romaero SA will put up for sale at an open-cry auction a package of five facilities with the related land and plant, the State Assets Realisation Authority (AVAS) reports in a press release.
The package comprises one domestic hot water preparation plant and the related infrastructure, a pumping station and a pool for softened water, an underground pump structure, a salt warehouse and a structure for recycled water and the connected structure. Romaero is also selling a deepwater well and the related land that covers 5,836.64 square metres.
The auction will take place on November 5, 2007 at the main offices of Romaero. Potential buyers will have to submit the participation documents mentioned in the presentation file, in a sealed envelope, by October 29, 2007. The purchase of the presentation file is mandatory.
Excluded from the auction are persons having concluded litigating asset/share sale/purchase agreements with AVAS, those which at the submission date are involved in litigations with the AVAS over privatisation contracts concluded with AVAS, legal persons undergoing restructuring or bankruptcy, as well as the legal persons which creditworthiness letter does not indicate a general supra-annual solvency rate.
Romaero is an aircraft and space structure manufacturer and a supplier of services in the areas of complex aircraft maintenance and repairing services. It is a certified supplier of Boeing, Israel Aircraft and Bombardier and a subcontractor for Airbus. The main shareholder in the company is AVAS.
