Loading ...Romanian TotalSoft computer software and services provider will be attempting this year to reach an operational profit of 4 million euros, up 65 percent from end-2007.
The company has announced having reached 2007 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBIDTA) of some 2.2 million euros, on a business turnover of 12.5 million euros, which means by 55 percent and 40 percent higher than in the year before, respectively.
The company’s business expansion occurred as a result of an increase in its customer base, with 70 new costumers – including the Constanta Shipyard, the National Guarantee Fund for Loans to SMEs, Raiffeisen Leasing Romania, Calliope, Romgaz and Dambovita Centre – having chosen the company’s Charisma Enterprise business solutions.
Also in 2007, TotalSoft’s Charisma HR won over some 100 new customers, including the Tiriac Group, Vel Pitar, Angst, Garanta, ROTO Romania and Emerson of Cluj-Napoca.
TotalSoft is deriving most of its revenues, or 6.5 million euros, from selling its Charisma solutions and applications, which is more than 50 percent of the company’s business turnover.
Customised software solutions, developed for the Romanian as well as world markets, coupled with the Primavera project management solution, have earned the company revenues of 2.3 million euros.
Abroad, the Charisma solution was chosen by BMW Russia, Balkan Star Bulgaria, Scania Bulgaria and NLB of Bulgaria. TotalSoft is planning to release the Charisma Enterprise solution in Italy in 2008. The company is expecting a rise of 30 percent in its business turnover, to 16.5 million and a 25 percent gain in EBITDA.
