Romaqua plans to launch the fourth mineral water brand in its portfolio. The company, also present on the juice market has recently entered the beer market as well scoring a turnover worth 130 million euros in 2007, Romaqua data say.

Romaqua topped the Romanian mineral water bottlers in 2007, with 25% market share, and 8% soft drinks, followed by the European Drinks with 18% and Coca Cola with 17%.

With an annual consumption of around 40 liters of mineral water per capita, Romania comes far behind the western countries.
