According to the Xerox official, the main advantage is its status as a member state of the European Union, which obliges it to align with European technological development standards.
“The potential is huge, because we are far behind neighbouring countries. Nothing can happen overnight, but I think we will have a far more rapid development than the others, because we are so far behind,” said Persinaru.
