NATO Board of Directors holds plenary session in Bucharest

The works of the plenary session of the NATO Research and Technology Board were opened on Wednesday (Sept 24) at the National Military Club based in the Romanian capital in the presence of chief of the Armaments Department Major Gen. Ion-Eftimie Sandu, a press release to Agerpres announced.
 
Attending the works are also representatives of other Alliance structures like the NATO Consultation, Command and Control Agency (NC3A), NATO Undersea Research Center (NURC), NATO Air Force Armament Group (NAFAG), NATO Industrial Advisory Group (NIAG).
 
The session is part of a range of meetings being held on Sept. 22-26 under the coordination of the Armaments Department.
The participants in the meetings include more than 120 delegates from the NATO member stats as well as from seven member states of the Partnership for Peace and four member states of the Mediterranean Dialogue.
