Loading ...The expansion of Romania’s economic relations is desired in the entire Iberic Peninsula, according to a release of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bucharest (CCIB).
“Portugal wants to develop its economic and commercial relations with Romania and Republic of Moldova in fields such as civil engineering, light industry and renewable energies”, said Luis Filipe Pereira, the economic adviser of Portugal’s Embassy in Romania during last week’s meeting with the CCIB management.

The Portuguese officials spoke also about the cooperation possibility on third markets, especially in Africa (Angola and Mozambique) and in Brazil, places where the Portuguese companies are already present.
CCIB requested support from Portugal’s Embassy to sign cooperation accords with CCI Lisbon and CCI Porto, and Luis Filipe Pereira suggested that CCIB analyse the possibility of signing similar accords with the Association of Portuguese Industries in Lisbon and with that of Entrepreneurs in Porto.
