Loading ...The Ministry for Development, Public Works and Housing (MDLPL) on December 8 launched an open call for Axis 1 projects in the Regional Operational Programme – Urban poles for growth that will qualify for grants of 621 million euros.
Eligible for financing under this sub-field, based on integrated urban development plans, are projects for recovering urban infrastructure and improving urban services, including public transportation, sustainable development of the business communities and recovering social infrastructure.
The new open call is for the seven poles of growth, as defined under Government Decision No. 998/2008 establishing the growth poles and the poles for urban growth where priority investment projects with community and national financing are carried out, as subsequently amended and supplemented, namely Brasov, Cluj-Napoca, Constanta, Craiova, Iasi, Ploiesti and Timisoara.
The orientation financial allocations available for the growth poles in 2007-2013 are worth 621.27 million euros (the European Fund for Regional Development and national matching funds). Bucharest ranks 4th office buildings supplier in Central and Eastern Europe.
