Prime Minister-designate Emil Boc, leader of the Democratic Liberal Party (PD-L) announced on Tuesday (Dec 16) afternoon the party had agreed with the PSD+PC Alliance (the Social Democrats and Conservatives) on the future government consisting of a premier, a vice premier, 18 ministers and a minister-delegate in charge of the relation with the Parliament.
The representatives of the PSD+PC Alliance and the PD-L will meet on Wednesday afternoon in order to complete the governing programme, with the names proposed by each party for running the ministries to be made public on Thursday, so that the announced timescale should be observed, the leader of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) Mircea Geoana said, after a new round of talks with the Democratic Liberal leaders.
