The relocation from Galati started in 2008, and the investment will exceed 4.5 million euros, said Ovidiu Vlad, general manager Eurobody Co., specializing in building body works and metal structures for trucks. In 1998, Vlad kick started the first Iveco servicing unit in Romania, under the “umbrella” of Cefin.

In parallel with this activity, developed was the importation of Iveco trucks, and so was their sales. The Italian brand has made a name for itself in a market dominated by German and Swedish brands, firstly. In two years, only, the sales of trucks doubled, so, in 1997, the need was felt to build a servicing unit, equipped and boasting services at Iveco standards.
