The percentage is significantly higher than in most of the participating countries and in the average sample, 75%, respectively, the Business Standard informs.
As for their wishes related to their career, and work climate and terms, the Romanian graduates usually follow the international trends. Despite all this, Romania’s macroeconomic situation strives influencing their opinions on aspects characteristic to present and future employers.
Mainly young graduates expect to work in an office and have fix work hours and never change their employer. The survey suggests that some of the companies should re-assess their strategies aimed at attracting and keeping the young employees.
