Loading ...Chair of the Committee on healthcare and family affairs of the Chamber of Deputies Rodica Nassar will represent Romania in the annual winter meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE-PA) to be held February 19-20 in Vienna, the Chamber's Directorate for parliamentary relations with European countries, North America and their multilateral organisations reports in a press release.
The meeting comprises sessions and meetings of the Standing Committee and the three general committees of the OSCE-PA and a special debate on initiative for new European security arrangements. Expected to address the participants will also be the chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of NATO John Tanner of the US and OSCE chairperson-in-office Dora Bakoyannis of Greece. Invited to attend the session are parliamentary delegations with OSCE-PA and officials of the OSCE-PA cooperation partners and observers.
