Loading ...Romanian Speaker of the Deputies' Chamber Roberta Anastase on Thursday met several ambassadors accredited to Bucharest, on which occasion there were approached such matters related to the reform in the justice field, economic cooperation and the European Union.
Anastase received on this occasion Monsignor Francisco-Javier Lozano (The Holy See), ambassadors Vladimir Jarmolenko (Lithuania), Ulrik Hedweg-Larsen (Denmark), Livio Huerzeler (Switzerland) Sanaa Esmail Atallah (Egypt), John Morahan (Ireland), Abdelhamid Senouci Bereksi (Algeria), Saloua Bahri (Tunisia) and Branko Neskovic (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
Anastase was invited by the Algerian ambassador, in his quality as the dean of the Diplomatic Corps of the African states to the Romanian capital, to participate in a later thematic event and she was also invited by the Tunisian ambassador to participate in the monthly meeting of the women ambassadors accredited to Bucharest. In his turn, the Bosnian ambassador to Bucharest voiced his satisfaction with the extremely positive political dialogue between Bosnia and Romania. Roberta Anastase underlined the importance of the Euro-Atlantic prospects of the Western Balkans, as a basis of an European space of stability and cooperation.
