Loading ...Tourist Dobrogea and the Romanian seaside will be promoted through an ample strategy at the International Tourism Fair in Berlin, organized from March 10 to 15, stated Corina Martin, president of the Seaside association.
The Seaside association and Constanta County Council exhibited their promotional products on three stands, a first for an international fair where the association is present. The stands are organized with the aid of the Ministry of Tourism, which declared its intention to pay priority attention this year to the promotion of the seaside.
Materials exhibited by the Seaside association promotes the tourist, archaeological, cultural, therapeutical and gastronomic potential of Dobrogea and of the Romanian Riviera – a traditional tourist product for Romania. Visitors will find at the association stands more than 5,000 flyers, promotional material, leaflets, catalogues and DVD which present this destination.
Another absolute premiere is the promotion of international events, set to take place on the Romanian Riviera, such as „Class One – Romanian Grand Prix – Mamaia 2009”. In order to promote the event to open this year the summer season called „Light on the sea shore – Easter on the Romanian seaside”, the association will grant an award at the raffle, organized on Romania's Evening, to a family of German tourists, a free package consisting in flight tickets, accommodation and meals on Easter holidays in the seaside resort Mamaia.
Four days after the conclusion of the Berlin Fair, the association will be present in Romania's National Tourism Fair together with Bucovina, Sibiu, Maramures associations, members of the Federation of the associations for tourist promotion in Romania (FAPT), federation headed by the Seaside association.
