Representatives of the Romanian Parliamentary Delegation to the Western European Union (WEU) Assembly are to attend the meetings of the presidential, defence, politic, technological and air-spacial commissions, for WEU Assembly parliamentary and public relations, to take place on March 23 and 24 in Brussels.
According to a Deputies Chamber release, remitted on Thursday, on behalf of the Romanian Parliamentary Delegation to WEU Assembly, the following participants have been designated: deputies Florina Ruxandra Jipa (PSD+PC), Angel Tilvar (PSD+PC – members of the technological and air-spatial Commission, Edler Andras Gyorgy (UDMR, member of the Political Commission), Constantin Dascalu (PD-L, member of the Commission on parliamentary and public relations) and Florin Paslaru (PSD+PC, member of the Commission for Defence).
The meetings agenda include the adoption of the included projects, election of commissions' presidents and vice-presidents, approval of activity timetable on the current year.
As well, members of WEU Assembly will meet members of the Standing Council of WEU/the EU Political and Security Committee.
