The cut in the expenses pledged in the negotiations with the IMF can be made by freezing salaries of the civil servants and contract employees and by fixing bonuses, gradually, at 30 percent of salary or by cutting the number of employees by 5 percent, President Traian Basescu stated on Sunday, at the extraordinary congress of the National Federation of Trade Unions from the Administration.
