Loading ...The tourism potential of the county of Suceava, northern Romania , is presented at a tourism fair AFA 2009, held March 28 – April 5, in Augsburg, Germany.
The participation in this fair is part of the common events organized as part of the partnership between the County Council of Suceava, Schwaben region – Germany and Mayenne region, in France.
The participation in this fair is part of the common events organized as part of the partnership between the County Council of Suceava, Schwaben region – Germany and Mayenne region, in France.
The German partners have made available for the participants in Romania, for free, a stand covering an area of 120 sq m, where displayed are traditional products, as well as the offer of tourist services and products in the county.
The action is aimed at promotion, on an international plane of Bucovina as a tourist destination, placing emphasis on bio products and on craftsmen traditional products. At the same time, the German public has an opportunity to come in touch with the tourist potential of Bucovina and with the tourist packages offered by economic agents. Organized also are demonstrations of craftsmen from Bucovina, painted eggs , pot making, wood and glass making, as well as demonstrations of local culinary art, shows of traditional music and dances.
