Loading ...MEP of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) Daciana Sarbu organizes, late on Tuesday, at the European Parliament, the event "Think positively about Romania", inviting the guests to explore the traditions, values and opportunities offered by four Romanian counties, namely Arad, Caras-Severin, Hunedoara and Timis, writes a press release.
The event, which is part of the campaign of Daciana Sarbu of promotion of the image of Romania and of Romanians in Europe, will comprise a folk moment, the projection of images representative for western Romania, including traditions specific to the area, the presentation of traditional dishes, included. "It is very important that the other Europeans know us better and better.
The most important lesson of the recent events in Italy is that we have to learn to promote ourselves, with what we have most dear, on each occasion. If the image of Romania were better, we would not be affected by each accusation against us, but for doing that, we all have to get more involved," said Daciana Sarbu.
