Loading ...A protocol setting the cooperation parameters between the Romanian and the German governments for the current year was signed, in Berlin, by state secretary for European affairs Bogdan Mazuru and state secretary Christoph Bergner, during the 13th meeting of the Romanian-German joint committee for the German ethnics in Romania.
According to a press release of the Romanian Ministry for Foreign Affairs, during the commission, which met on April 2 and 3, stressed was the good cooperation between the two governments as regards the promotion of the values of the German minority in Romania.
The sides had words of praise for the support granted in this respect by the lands of Baden Wuerttemberg and Bayern and hailed the measures taken by the governmental institutions in Romania (the Ministry of Education, Research and Innovation, the Ministry of Culture, Religious Denominations and the National Heritage, the Ministry of Labour, the Family and Social Security, the Democratic Forum of the Germans in Romania, the prefect offices of the counties where there are German communities, and from Germany (the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the Federal Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
