Loading ...Premier Emil Boc announced on Wednesday, April 8, that the decision over restructuring and merging of the governmental agencies is to be taken by an inter ministerial committee, coordinated by the Prime Minister and by the Vice -premier, within a month, based on a "rigorous" analysis.
The initiative to set up this inter-ministerial committee was taken in the Government's meeting on Wednesday after each minister came with proposals linked to the restructuring of the agencies under his or her subordination.
"We have decided to have an inter-ministerial committee in charge with examining these proposals, capable to present, first of all to the coalition, a common standpoint on the reforming vision of these governmental agencies and structures, after which the necessary measures will be taken immediately by the Government…
Within a month, this inter-ministerial committee, coordinated by the Prime Minister and by the Vice -premier, will take the decisions to merge and restructure some governmental agencies, based on an extremely rigorous analysis, given the need to keep on those agencies which are absolutely necessary for the good functioning of the Romanian state and agreed by the European Union", explained Boc.
