The National Council of the Social Democratic Party (P SD) will convene on Thursday, May 14th, in an extraordinary meeting, in the presence of over 10,000 participants, occasion on which the official launch of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) candidates for the European elections will take place, PSD president Mircea Geoana announced.
The PSD National Council will also make official Geoana’s candidacy for presidency.
“This will be an important moment and I hope it will have a positive echo for the domestic and foreign public opinion,” Geoana explained.
According to the party leader, clear proposals for the economic recovery and solutions to unemployment will also be discussed at the meeting.
