Loading ...A new rectification of the state budget and of the social insurance budget for 2009 might be operated by the Govt during the Parliament recess, according to a draft law issued by the Government and posted on the website of the Department for the Relation with the Parliament.
The draft law is undergoing public debate and those interested can send suggestions, until May 23, 2009, according to the spokesperson of the Department for the Relation with the Parliament, Ionut Cirjan.
Under this law, the Govt is asking for the Parliament’s approval to issue ordinances on several sectors such as public finance, economy, social protection, public administration, transport, health and agriculture.
