Romania’s delegation will be received by senior officials of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Iannis Valinakis, deputy minister on European affairs, Dimitrios Katsoudas, State Secretary for European affairs of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Dimitrios Rallis, director general for European affairs with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On this occasion, reads a release sent to Agerpres by the Romanian Foreign Ministry, due to be approached are topical issues of the EU agenda, as well as the EU enlargement, institutional aspects of the EU, the reform of the community budget, the European policy in the migration field, the energy file, the EU Strategy on the Danube.
Other topics to be tackled are issues of the bilateral agenda, as well as issues on cooperation to the extended region of the Black Sea.
On May 14, the leadership of the International Centre for Black Sea Studies (ICBSS) invited the Romanian delegation to a working luncheon.
The visit is part of the range of bilateral consultations on the topical issues of the international agenda which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs maintains constantly with the European partners.
