The foreign journalists and observers have three seven days available to require an accreditation for the Euro-parliamentary election of June 7, with the procedure having to end on May 22, informs the Romanian ministry for Foreign Affairs.
The entire procedure is found on the site of the Foreign Ministry at the section for the Euro¬parliamentary election, as well as in the sections in the English and French languages, mentions the Foreign Ministry.
The Foreign Ministry opened both the procedure of organization of the Euro-parliamentary election, according to the prerogatives given to it by the law, as well as a campaign of information of the Romanian citizens out of the borders regarding the way in which they can cast their ballot at this election.
The Foreign Ministry reiterates that, according to the legislation for the organization and holding of the election for the European Parliament (EP), the Romanian citizens from abroad who want to vote at the Euro-parliamentary election of June 7 can do that also if they are temporarily abroad.
For the election on June 7, as many as 190 polling stations will be opened to make it possible to express their right of vote.
The foreign ministry reiterates that, according to the legislation for the organization and holding of the election for the European Parliament of June 7 opened will be 190 polling stations to express their right of vote.
The Foreign Ministry cautions that, according to the legislation in force, the Romanian citizens who are on the polling lists in another member state will not have the right to vote at the Euro-parliamentary election in Romania, they have to vote at the Euro-parliamentary election held by the state on whose lists they are.
