The Romanian Railways Company CFR staff went on a wildcat strike on Wednesday, with eight trains being blocked in Bucharest’s North Railway Station, leader of the National Railway Federation Gheorghe Popa told a television channel.
The CFR personnel are protesting over the delayed payment of the wages due in May.
‘The situation has already been solved at the CFR Bucharest Regional division’, Popa announced.
Three trains are stopped in the North Railway Station, one at Chitila and four at Titu (near the capital).
