Romania’s Capital is in the lead of the top of countries in Central and Eastern Europe according to the weight of university graduates in overall population, reveals a study conducted by consultancy company Roland Berger.
As such, a third of Bucharesters (31 percent) are high education graduates, meaning approximately 700,000-800,000 people.
According to the same criteria, Moscow and Budapest are next in the same classification, accounting for a weight of 30 percent as for the university graduates.
Roland Berger study was conducted in 10 Central and Eastern European capitals, taking into account six criteria: level of infrastructure works, level of education, innovation, cultural level, international background and life quality.
Depending on these criteria Vienna is in the lead, garnering 89.9 points of 100.
