“Now Romania has nearly 2.6 billion cubic meters of gas stored.
This compares to 2.8 billion cubic meters we had last year. By September 10 we are going to have roughly 3 billion cubic meters, which is the maximum gas storage capacity for the winter season”, Videanu said.
The economy minister gave assurance the reserves are sufficient for Romania to cope with a possible new gas crisis.
