Information in English

September is the first month in which the “First House” programme was materialized in transactions in the residential market in Bucharest, reads a press release of real estate company Colliers International.

The most sought for apartments were, according to the data of Colliers International those included in the maximum ceiling imposed by the state. Nevertheless, the prices of the three rooms apartments went up indirectly, being at a certain moment very close to the price of the two-room ones.

The average price appreciation vs the period preceding this programme is of 15 percent for one-room apartments and two-room ones and between five and ten percent for three-room apartments.

So, compared with the month of August, the prices oscillated with margins between plus five percent and minus two percent, shows a monthly analysis made by Colliers International. The prices of old apartments rose this Sept in districts 1,2 and 5 especially, less in districts 4 and 6, while they stagnated in district 3.
