Loading ...Members of the trade unions affiliated to the Alliance of Public Sector Unions have picketed on Wednesday the headquarters of the Social Democratic Party (P SD) and the Democrat Liberal Party (PD-L) (the two parties forming the ruling coalition).
The protesting unionists are asking for the re-negotiation of the unified wage bill in the public sector, the stoppage of collective redundancies and the scrapping of the decision on a 10-day forced vacation for public sector staff.
A delegation formed of the leaders of main trade union federations, whose members protested on Wednesday in front of PSD headquarters, respectively Vasile Marica, President of SED LEX Alliance, Aurel Cornea, President of FSLI, Marius Nistor, Executive president of FSI Spiru Haret, Anton Hadar, President of FSI Alma Mater was received, for mediation, by the Minister of Labor, Family and Social Protection, Marian Sarbu, present in PSD headquarters.
