‘I had a meeting with leaders of trade union confederations to discuss the need to find solutions that will prevent a social crisis from happening in Romania, which could affect the situation of Romania and Romanians, in the current context of the economic crisis and the political situation,’ said Boc.
He also mentioned having met ambassadors of European Union member states accredited in Bucharest, to whom he introduced the current state of affairs and his Cabinet’s projects.
‘I have also met the ambassadors of all the European Union member states accredited in Bucharest, to whom I introduced the state of affairs and the Cabinet’s projects. I told them that the Government’s policy does not change, that Romania will meet its international commitments and that Romania will continue on the same path of public interest and the pledges for reform of the Romanian Government will be supported,’ Boc added.
He mentioned that these two important meetings were the result of the action of the former partners in the ruling coalition.
