Three quarters of Romanian students spend over 3 hours/day in front of computer

About 78% of Romanian students spend at least 3 hours a day before the computer, show the results of a survey ordered by Intel Romania and conducted by Hermes Advisors in university centers of Bucharest, Timisoara (west) and Cluj (center-west) over October 1- 15, daily Ziarul Financiar reports.

A third of the students participating in the survey spend up to six hours a day in front of the computer and most of the time they communicate online and look for information.
According to the survey conducted by Intel Romania, as many a 72% of young people say internet holds the first place as regards the supplementary sources for study.
98% of the students have a computer at home, 35% have two computers, 14% have at least three computers. The survey was conducted on a batch of 130 students.
