Loading ...Prime Minister designate Lucian Croitoru, on Friday, said he was optimistic that the new Cabinet he set up would receive Parliament’s investiture vote.
‘My colleagues who accepted to be ministers in a possible Government I would head, and I, have been, very attentively, pondering, and I can say that although apparently very many prognoses, analyses, verdicts by several analysts give us rather little chances, I believe our chances are big enough,’ Croitoru said.
He explained that those who gave a small chance to the Croitoru Government were judging by a prevalently political perspective and expressed the hope that the Parliament would be guided by both a political and economic and a financial logic.’
‘I am not a politician, and moreover, I don’t intend to enter politics. My logic is economic and financial. I think the Parliament will judge both from a political prospect, which is absolutely normal, but I think that this time it will also think from an economic and a financial perspective. It is on this that rely when I say that the chances are relatively big and not relatively little, as very many an analyst presents them now,’ the PM designate said.
