‘After today’s vote the president in office has still the chance to put an end to the political crisis, by designating Klaus Iohanis as premier. MPs of the Hungarian Democratic Party will vote against the investiture of the cabinet proposed by Lucian Croitoru,’ said Kelemen Hunor.
UDMR deems that Croitoru’s ruling programme does not include measures with immediate effects for the political crisis nor structural reforms to turn the state more efficient. At the same time, the UDMR expected an opening towards the national minorities, an offer for the problems specific to ethnical minorities.
‘It is the same government which was designated following the censure motion and it has the same programme,’ said Kelemen Hunor.
