Romanian movie ‘4 months, 3 weeks and two days’, of director Cristian Mungiu, awarded with Palme d’Or at Cannes, two years ago, features among the best 100 films of this decade in a classification published by British Times daily.

Ranked 14, the movie made by Cristian Mungiu is in front of many other reference films in the past 10 years, as ‘Traffic’, ‘Lord of the Rings – Return of the King’ or ‘Crash’.
British daily top designates production ‘Hidden’ as the best movie in 2000 through 2009 period, of German director Michael Haneke, made in 2005, with no less than 21 awards and 22 nominations in various famous film festivals all over the world.

‘The Bourne Supremacy’ and ‘The Bourne Ultimatum’ are ranked second, on a par, made by director Paul Greengrass in 2004 and respectively 2007. Joel and Ethan Coen’s movie ‘No Country for Old Men’, outrun by Cristian Mungiu’s film at Cannes, in 2007, is ranked third by the Times rankings.
