The new models come out with Sony CD and MP3 players and USB ports, a special upholstery, and they are available in three colours: Gris Platine, Noir Nacre and Rouge de Feu. The Logan KissFM is available for prices of between 8,300 and 10,350 euros, while the Sandero KissFM is traded for between 9,400 and 11,300 euros, depending on the engine version.
In terms of engines, Dacia offers seven versions starting with 1.2 16V 75HP and 1.4 75GP, up to 1.5 dCi 70HP and even 1.6 16V 105HP. Data with the Association of Romanian Automobile Producers and Importers (APIA) indicate that Dacia continues to be the favourite auto brand of Romanians, despite a first nine months 2009 drop in sales of 54.4 percent from the similar period of the year before, from 68,564 units to 31,283.
The Romanian automobile manufacturer has reported September 2009 sales of 2,798 units and a market share of 25.5 percent, way ahead of Ford, the second best faring manufacturer with a 7.7 percent market share and sales of 7,412 units.
