Loading ...Candidate of the PSD+PC Alliance (Social, Democratic Party + Conservative Party) for the Romanian presidency, Mircea Geoana, on Sunday said in Focsani that he would became head of state he proposed the drawing up of a code on pensioners that will include all their rights.
The social-democrat leader said that by the beginning of next year a unitary law on pensions will be proposed, aimed at helping pensioners. According to the PSD president, the Pensioners’ Code should include all the rights which pensioners have, but which are not observed by the state today.
“I refer to tickets for treatment, train tickets, pension for the surviving spouse, cheap medicines,” said the PSD candidate. Mircea Geoana conveyed young people that they have the obligation to observe their parents and grandparents for a civilized Romania.
