Adriean Videanu told a news conference on Monday that the entire budget construction for 2010 started from the prerequisite of maintaining the flat tax at 16 percent and the VAT at 19 percent. “I wanted to clarify this aspect. I saw a number of public speeches connected to the Government’s intention to increase charges and taxes for 2010.
The more so as the law on the budget for 2010 is practically completed and expects the legitimacy of a government that should be able to submit the law on the draft budget to Parliament,” also said Videanu.
