Incumbent Premier Emil Boc informed on Tuesday, at Movileni, Galati County (eastern Romania), that the budget law would be submitted to Parliament when the legal framework made it possible.
“When the legal framework allows us, we are going to submit the budget law to Parliament, namely when the law is desirable for the Government,” said Boc. Premier Emil Boc, together with Minister of Economy Adriean Videanu, on Tuesday attended the inauguration of the Movileni hydroelectric power station.
The draft budget drawn up by the Government headed by Incumbent Premier Emil Boc is based on a 0.5 percent economic growth in 2010 and a budget deficit amounting to 5.9 percent of the GDP. They also stick to the macroeconomic pointers, the 16 percent flat tax and the 19 percent VAT, and preserve the 20 percent investment oriented policy.
