Loading ...Geoana stressed he talked by phone with Klaus Johannis, who is absent from the country for a few days. “I announced we have decided in our Political Bureau that we are to endorse his proposal after Dec. 6, as well”, said Geoana, adding he was going to discuss with Johannis and with the liberals after Sibiu’s Mayor returns to the country.
On Monday as well, PSD leader spoke with Crin Antonescu. “It was an extremely polite and normal discussion between two people who know to value each other and I told him we have run a good campaign. I have no grudges. I have a system to place various important things on different shelves, the same as the non essential ones, I am taking no offence. (…) I am good natured person in my own way.
And if we keep taking offence, compared to what we have been through these years, today I would have ended being an embittered man, but I am a peaceful one”, said PSD leader. On Tuesday, both PSD and PNL will talk about the forming of an alliance within the respective national executive committees meetings. “We decided to go to the leadership structure of each party tomorrow and, if things converge, we will convene formal talks between the two leaderships in order to establish next steps”, underlined PSD leader.
