Eight percent of the graduates also say that if they were to start it from the beginning again, they would not attend any faculty. On the whole 80-90 percent of the graduates that answered questionnaires positively evaluate the faculty they graduated from. Half of the respondents think that universities should be responsible for ensuring the abilities and competences necessary on the labour market.
Almost 30 percent assign this responsibility to graduates and 20 percent to employers. On average 18 percent of graduates and 17 percent of employers think it is first of all the responsibility of employers to create the abilities and competences necessary at work. The study was published by the Romanian Agency for Ensuring High Quality in Higher Education and the Educatia 2000+ Centre as part of the presentation of the report on the “Active Adjustment of Higher Education to the Requirements of the Labour Market.”
