The Central Electoral Bureau (BEC) has established that the accreditations issued for the pollsters to conduct exit polls in the first round of the presidential election will stay valid for the December 6 presidential runoff.

The polling institutes accredited by BEC to conduct the exit polls are the INSOMAR Political Research and Marketing Institute; the CURS Centre for Urban and Regional Sociology; the CCSB Company for Sociological Research and Branding; the IRES Romanian Institute for Polling and Strategy jointly with the CSOP Centre for Opinion and Market Survey, IPP Data Research and Profie Bsuiness Consulting.

Also accredited for the December 6 runoff are the AROMAR Romanian Marketing Association, to conduct an exit poll in the eastern city of Bacau and the Culture and Journalistic School of Calarasi. BEC has also accredited Profile Communication SRL to conduct an exit poll in the southern county of Dambovita; Fresh Mint SRL for an exit poll in Bucharest, and also Interactiv Media for polling in the city of Constanta and the towns of Medgidia, Navodari, Ovidiu and the villages of Valu lui Traian and Ciocarlia, Constanta County.
