Loading ...Being initially a film script and published as a novel in Germany in 1992, the book was issued in a new edition in late November in Denisa’s Shelf collection of the Humanitas Publishers.
The Gaudeamus trophy for publishers that issued more than 100 titles in 2008 went to the Humanitas Publishing House, which was followed by the RAO Publishers’ Group and the Polirom Publishing House.
The prize for publishers that issued between 50 and 100 titles went to the ART Publishing House, which also won the Prize of Excellence for the ampleness and dynamics of the publishing project. The prize for publishers that issued less than 50 titles went to the Vremea Publishing House. The prizes for the other categories went to daily Evenimentul zilei (publications), the Europa FM radio station (radio), the TVR Cultural TV station (TV) and HotNews.ro (online section).
The Educatia Prize was awarded to the Comunicare.ro Publishing House, the prize for translation, which was first awarded this year, went to the well-known translator Antoaneta Ralian. They also awarded the first prize for the Mircea Nedelciu National Reading Competition to Mihaela Mihaiu and the Miss Lectura Prize to Anca Rodica Martin.
