The German dignitary launched the invitation to the Romanian companies during his meeting with the Romanian SME Ministry’s State Secretary Maria Parcalabescu, at the GAERC, reads a release sent on Wednesday.
Parcalabescu also met with the EU Trade Commissioner and the future EU High Representative (the EU top diplomat) Catherine Ashton, in Geneva and they were analyzing the possibility of continuing the cooperation relations in the field of the commercial policy and the presence of several Romanian experts in the EU structures.

During the GAERC meeting preceding the World Trade Organization (WTO) Ministerial Conference, Maria Parcalabescu emphasized both Romania’s support to the EU stance on the negotiation process within WTO, and Romania’s punctual claims referring to the multilateral commercial negotiations and the requirement that other WTO members should contribute to the negotiations.
