According to a release of the National Defence Ministry, the talks will focus on Romania’s experience of a NATO and European Union member in the transformation and modernisation of the armed forces, on the bilateral defence cooperation and on pinpointing new areas of the defence cooperation. Also tackled will be the Romanian Army’s participation in the international operations and missions, the ministry said. The Romanian delegation is scheduled to attend display drills conducted by the Commando Regiment troops.
