The highest voter turnout was registered in the Republic of Moldova (at the 4 stations organised in Chisinau), France (at the station in Paris), Italy (at the voting stations in Turin, Milan and Rome) and in Spain – Zaragoza. About 27,500 Romanian citizens had turned out to vote by 2:00 – Romania time – in the first round of the presidential elections on November 22.
