The Centre for the Coordination and Monitoring of the Implementation of the Access Agreement (CCMIA) of the Department for Defence Policy and Planning of the Romanian Defence Ministry on Thursday held an ordinary session of the Interministerial Committee on the Agreement between Romania and the US concerning certain activities of US troops stations in Romania.
Chairing the session was Chair of the Interministerial Committee Viorel Oancea, head of the Department for Defence Policy and Planning of the Romanian Defence Ministry. Attending the session were state secretaries and other officials of the ministries and public institutions of the Government that are involved in the implementation of the access agreement.
The attendees presented the latest developments in meeting the obligations arising from the access agreement and the implementation arrangements thereof as well as ways of solving malfunctions in the implementation process.
