The Health Ministry on Tuesday announced 7 new death cases and 44 new infection cases with A/H1N1 were confirmed in Romania in the latest 48 hours. The total number of cases in Romania so far is 6,218, 92 of which were death cases.
The highest number of cases was recorded in Bucharest – 11, followed by the counties of Mures – 6, Botosani – 4, Cluj, Constanta si Iasi – 3 cases each, Buzau, Olt, Prahova and Tulcea – 2 cases each and Alba, Calarasi, Dambovita, Maramures, Timis and Ilfov, each with one A/H1N1 influenza infection case confirmed.
