According to the Union’s leader Andrei Botez, the Support Centre in Romania, opened at Bucharest Students’ Culture House is part of a national programme of the Romanian Students’ Union intended to increase the autonomy of the students’ organizations.
The centre will have the following main objectives: to assist students’ organizations in creating and maintaining their own instruments for attracting European and national funds, to shelter students’ organizations that do not have a place for the performance of their activities, to assist the communication of students’ organizations by means of training courses, advertising, press relations, public relations, social marketing, lobbying and advocacy, by offering consultancy in planning the campaigns as well as in making promotional materials.
The Support Centre will operate at Bucharest Students’ Culture House.
