Therefore, I contemplate my possibly winning a position in full relaxation,’ said the leader of the PSD National Council before the meeting of the party’s National Standing Bureau.
Nastase mentioned that ‘the position of a chair at the table – at the center or on the side’ is no stance-setting criterion for him. “I think my word counts to a certain degree and this is the most important thing,” Adrian Nastase underscored. According to him, the Congress that will elect the party chairman will most likely take place within two weeks at the earliest and four weeks at the latest.
“I hope a reasonable solution is found for the patient not to lie too long on the table before surgery because this might be fatal for him,” said Nastase, referring to the candidates for the party’s leadership. “The candidates for PSD chairmanship spring up and grow like fir trees,” he added.
