Likewise, he stressed he had not in view assuming the Government’s responsibility in draft laws, if they are not delayed in the Parliament.
‘Hopefully there will be no problem and no draft law’s adoption will be postponed, for so long, that we have to resort to such a legislative institution, which Romania’s Constitution stipulates,’ PM Boc said, specifying that at the moment, the Government’s viewpoint is that the normative acts have to be passed through debates in the Parliament.
