Minister Udrea said the local authorities had been aroused the interest to have the tourism recourse developed, adding that the ministry she heads has received about 100 projects and ‘ more are on the way.’
To stage the European Youth Olympic Festival, Romania will avail of a general budget, irrespective of source, worth 20-25 million euros for the infrastructure, tv channel informed, last week quoting the Romanian Olympic and Sports Committee chairman Octavian Morariu as saying. Romania ranks the first favorite to organize the EYOF’s 2013 edition that could host all the Olympic sports events, except three bobsleigh, curling and alpine ski.
